Navigation Trainer

ABOUT THE ROLE: We are looking for an engaging and enthusiastic Trainer who will be responsible for training new hires within the Navigation Team as well as helping existing employees improve their knowledge and overall performance. The ideal candidate will bring experience in developing and delivering training content, identifying and addressing skill gaps in trainees, and strong facilitation skills. The healthcare environment is constantly changing and the ideal candidate will understand that materials need to remain dynamic and that constant upskilling is necessary to support the Navigation Department. WHAT YOU’LL DO: - Develop and maintain new hire training materials supporting all Navigation functions. - Develop educational materials including instructional videos, manuals, presentations, and other reference materials to promote ongoing learning and development of the department. - Partners with leadership and subject matter experts to develop a training library that includes both new hire training materials as well as other materials to support the ongoing learning and development of our staff.
