HUALAPAI PREFERENCE Position: Dishwasher - DCR Department: DC- Diamond Creek Restaurant Classification: Non-Exempt Salary Range: NE1 Supervisor: Kitchen Supervisor Disclaimer: Position Description is not meant to encompass all aspects of position, other duties may be assigned. Position Summary: Responsible for thoroughly washing and maintaining an ample supply of dishes, pots, pans, utensils and cooking utensils for the restaurant. Sweeps and mops kitchen, empties trash cans, relines with plastic bags and takes trash to dumpster. Ensures kitchen areas is stocked and clean at all times. Completes weekly cleaning assignments. Breaks down and discards boxes. Cleans employee restroom. Follows proper safety and health procedures in performing duties and in the use of all chemicals. Provides quality customer service at all times. Knowledge and Abilities: 1. Ability to physically complete duties such as washing restaurant items, pots, pans, utensils, mopping floors, breaking down boxes and cleaning the employee restroom.2.
