About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant to join the Legal Department’s Support Hub, Integration, Execution, and Legal Delivery (SHIELD) team. The Agile product part of the team supports document management, records retention, Corporate Governance, and find-a-legal-contact tools. In this role, you will: - Design a unified records retention and defensible destruction framework standardizing classification across legal systems — demonstrating the governance and compliance expertise central to this role. - Implement a Legal chat bot for specific areas of the department, partnering with process improvement team and members of Legal - Lead initiatives for our NetDocuments software product - Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans - Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives - Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate...
