About this role We’re looking for an AI-first operator to serve as the Data & AI team's orchestrator working closely with the Chief Data & AI Officer —leading an enterprise-level Value Office and driving cross-functional execution across a global portfolio of AI, analytics, data, and architecture initiatives. Experience as Chief of Staff for technology leaders is a plus. In this role, you’ll build and run the operating system that turns strategy into outcomes: portfolio governance, executive reporting, intake-to-delivery workflows, value measurement, and accountability mechanisms. You’ll bring strong program leadership, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to operate effectively across global teams and time zones. Role & Responsibilities: Value Office & Business Impact: Stand up and lead the Value Office to track and accelerate measurable outcomes from AI, analytics, and data initiatives. Define and institutionalize a value measurement framework (e.g., productivity, cost reduction, revenue/growth, and customer/product impact).
