GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES: The Accounts Payable Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the accounts payable and finance functions. This role ensures the timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, payment of obligations, and maintenance of accurate financial records and control reports. The AP Manager leads and supervises subordinate staff, maintains compliance with internal controls and accounting policies, and continuously identifies and implements process improvements. The position emphasizes effective resolution management, internal and external customer relationship management, and ensures adherence to corporate policies and applicable regulations. REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent preferred. - A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts payable, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity. - Experience with accounting is highly preferred. - Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes, internal controls, and regulatory compliance. - Proficiency in AP software and systems; experience with Meditech and expert Microsoft Excel. - Effective leadership and staff management skills, with the ability to motivate and dev...
