Job DetailsJob Location: Casino - Tuolumne, CA 95379Position Type: Full TimeSUMMARY: The Director of Human Resources is responsible for directing, developing, and managing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and training while fostering a high-performance culture aligned with the gaming and hospitality industry. This role ensures adherence to federal and tribal gaming regulations. Essential Responsibilities and Duties: (Specific areas of responsibility including, but not limited to) Direct and coordinate Team Member investigations when necessary. Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with business goals. Participate in administrative staff meetings and attend other meetings and seminars as required. Manage employee relations including grievances, investigations, and conflict resolution for all resort properties and enterprises. Assign, review, and approve work for assigned areas. Oversee performance appraisals, compensation programs, salary surveys, and organization structure. Provide updates, as needed, to Casino Leadership in all areas of responsibility.
