Senior Info Sec Engineer - ( 260000HL ) Description The Senior Information Security Engineer supports the InfoSec mission of securing the patient experience. This position applies existing experience in engineering of information security applications, networks, and systems to ensure compliance with Children's National Hospital IT standards. Individuals in this position will be responsible for designing, building, configuration, testing, monitoring, lifecycle of such systems in order to validate performance and functional requirements. This position, while working extensively with many different technologies, requires an expertise in network security. Qualifications: Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree Bachelor's degree in a computer science, math, engineering, or another relevant discipline or equivalent training and work experience (Required) Minimum Work Experience: 5 years 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity with a focus on engineering and implementation of cybersecurity controls, systems, and applications (Required) Required Skills/Knowledge: Experience in the application of key cybersecurity practices, controls, and frameworks Experience in the application of sound engin...
