POSITION SUMMARY: Matthews International, a company with over 175 years of success and stability is currently looking for a Finishing Operator to join our Gibraltar Mausoleum team. The Finishing Operator is responsible for performing a wide range of tasks within the finishing department, including belting, milling, sheet metal processing, cold saw cutting, measuring, clear coating, drilling and tapping, sandblasting, painting, polishing, niche assembly, as well as packing and shipping. This role ensures high standards of accuracy and quality control while supporting the efficient flow of materials throughout the production process. This is a first-shift position, scheduled Monday through Friday from 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m . with a starting rate of $17.00/hr .
