Job Description About the Role: We are seeking an experienced, highly strategic Director of New Product Planning to help shape the future of our clinical-stage pipeline. This role serves as the commercial voice on program teams, partnering cross-functionally to generate, align, and communicate commercial strategies for early and late-stage assets. You will act as the subject matter expert for assigned programs, advising senior leadership, guiding development and market entry strategies, and leading competitive intelligence efforts across targeted disease areas. This is a highly visible, cross-functional role ideal for a strategic thinker who can translate science, clinical potential, and market dynamics into clear commercial recommendations that drive portfolio value.
