Planner I (Production Support - Yard Services)

Job description

The Planner I (Production Support – Yard Services) is an entry-level role that supports planning and coordination activities across production control and yard services functions. The Planner I contributes to scheduling, work package preparation, progress tracking, and coordination with production teams and supporting departments to ensure smooth execution of manufacturing and ship construction activities. This role may support outfitting trades, structural trades, or services such as scaffolding, ventilation, fixtures, or temporary electrical systems, depending on assignment. Note: Due to business needs, this position is required to be fully on-site at 50 Pemberton Avenue, North Vancouver. What you’ll do: Support stage-based planning for block build, grand block, ship erection, and completion/outfitting by building and maintaining service demand for scaffolding, ventilation, temporary power, access, and utilities. Schedule work packages or yard service activities within defined windows to align with project milestones, zone schedules, and the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
