Intercompany Runner/Receptionist

Job description

Overview The Intercompany Runner/Receptionist will scan all necessary documents into the scanner with a strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy which will include filing as assigned by management. They will deliver daily to another auto dealership. Answer calls and greet customers on showroom floor and assist our service department with filing claims to vendors.The ideal candidate has experience with scanning, and he or she must be detail-oriented and proficient with filing and the ability to answer calls and greet customers in a professional manner. Making daily deliveries will require this person to have a valid California driver's license with a clean driving record.
