The estimated annual base salary range for this position is $128,084 -$169,711 Individual pay within this salary range is determined by several compensable factors, including performance, knowledge, job-related skills and experience, and relevant education or training. Essential Functions: Communicate effectively and respectfully with others. - Hands On Change Execution : Actively support the workstreams by embedding change activities into day to day program execution. Develop and execute change plans, stakeholder engagement plans, and adoption strategies aligned to the program milestones. Work directly with business teams to identify readiness gaps, resistance points and practical adoption risks.
