Starting Pay $25.00 - $31.25 (DOE) QualificationsSYNOPSIS OF DUTIES Responsible for the oversight of the building maintenance including HVAC, boilers, hydraulic and pneumatic controls, mechanical, plumbing, electrical and electronic systems, carpentry/construction, painting etc., and general building repair, cleaning, and upkeep. Coordinates the grounds maintenance including snow removal, sidewalks and parking lot, planter/grass, sprinkler system and signage. Responsible for the oversight and control of the energy management system. Will establish and oversee a maintenance program for all building equipment, will maintain inventory and stock control of repair parts. The Supervisor will select and monitor vendors and subcontract labor for performance and value. Assists with the hiring, training, scheduling, supervising, disciplining, and motivating of the Maintenance staff to ensure tasks are done & highly efficient results are achieved.
