Overview IT Specialist - ERP Location: Poland remote: Duration: 24-36 months contract: Job Summary: The IT CoE team is responsible for delivering sustainable, efficient, and robust IT solutions that enable the organization’s strategic and operational goals. The team focuses primarily on engineering and delivering new capabilities and technology solutions. In addition, the CoE ensures effective resource management by aligning demand with supply, securing required expertise for ongoing initiatives, and maintaining target utilization levels across the team. IT Specialist The IT Specialist plays a key role in the realization and delivery of IT solutions. This role is accountable for producing high‑quality deliverables and executing assigned project tasks in alignment with designs provided by Solution Architects and plans defined by the Project Manager. The IT Specialist supports the Project Manager in ensuring that projects are delivered within the agreed scope, timelines, resource utilization targets, and budget parameters.
