Purpose of Position The eCommerce Merchandising Specialist is responsible for supporting the Senior Merchandising Manager to drive sales, optimize the product assortment, and enhance the overall online shopping experience in alignment with the overall merchandising and category strategy. This role works closely with the Product Data Management (PDM) and Site merchandising teams to ensure all products are accurately set up, merchandised and optimized on site. The person in this role will be in a key role in leading and executing the day-to-day needs of the business. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and communication skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be comfortable collaborating across multiple teams.
