Oracle HCM Cloud Integration Engineer Houston, TX or Wilmington, DE: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm: Hybrid Work Model (onsite 3 days/week, remote days/week) Some of the things you'll be doing: What technical skills, qualifications, and experience do you need? - Utilize Oracle HCM Cloud expertise to provide solutions and implement enhancements to existing processes and integrations. - Work with stakeholders to understand functional requirements and interact with other cross-functional teams to architect, design, develop, test, and release features. - Troubleshoot issues, working tenaciously to understand the root cause. - Collaborate with Oracle development when issues require escalation and ensure they are resolved. - Develop Proof-of-Concept projects to validate new architectures and solutions. - Support the planning, scoping, and creation of technical solutions for the new product capabilities, through to continuous delivery to production. - Drive common vision, practices, and capabilities across the team. - Provide expertise related to reporting, analytics, and dashboards. - Minimum of 10 years of experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud - Project implementation or support experi...
