Job description

The PSC Underwriter is responsible for working with Retail Underwriters and the Sales Teams with researching and implementing the correct product based on the scenario of the borrower. This position requires a strong credit background on Agency knowledge as well as proficiency in Self Employment Analysis and Non-QM products. ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES, includes the following responsibilities, but not limited to: - Nationally support all Sales staff with credit related issues from basic guideline questions, complex income scenarios and obtain credit exceptions upfront to deliver quality loans to investors. - Assist sales with hard-to-place loans and handle non-agency guideline questions. - Investor Relations – works closely with correspondent and brokered investors on scenarios. - Review and Approval all loan product marketing collateral to ensure they meet guidelines. - Liaison between Sales staff and investors for Figure applications - Review and Approval all loan product marketing collateral to ensure they meet guidelines.
