Job Summary: This position is responsible for managing the Plant Support Engineering (PSE) department. Ensures troubleshooting support, temp mod development, causal investigation of issues, engineering in-field activities, and outage preparation & execution are performed timely and while upholding technical conscious. Develops and maintains technical system and component knowledge within the department. Job Description: Key Accountabilities: - Direction and oversight of the Plant Support Engineering Department - Development of PSE Supervisors - Chair and facilitate various meetings - Serve as a Project Sponsor as required - Facilitate staffing activities - Manage and allocate departmental budget to resolve site issues, execute engineering outage activities, and perform analysis - Develop and facilitate the Equipment Reliability strategy - Interface with State and Federal regulators to demonstrate continued safe operation - Determine departmental priorities in...
