Employment Type: Salaried Work Arrangement: Remote Position Summary: The Learning & Development Technology Manager is responsible for designing, managing, and optimizing the technology ecosystem that enables frontline and operational workforce learning. This roles ensures that learning platforms, tools, data, and integrations drive measureable performance outcomes across operations. This role is responsible for bridging Manufacturing, HR/L&D, IT and Data teams to ensure learning technology supports productivity, safety, compliance, and workforce capability at scale.
