Senior Counsel, Life & Annuities

Primary Responsibilities: - Serve as the Senior Counsel of Integrity Life & Annuities, and play the lead transactional role supporting all of the Integrity Life & Annuities portfolio of companies - Work closely with the Integrity Life & Annuities executive team (including the President of Integrity Life, C-level executives of Integrity Life and the Integrity Life compliance team) to undertake, manage and execute Integrity Life & Annuities strategic, corporate and regulatory reorganization - Review and negotiate commercial transactions with important counterparties - Support the Integrity Life & Annuities counterparties in the legal aspects of advisor and client transitions - Work collaboratively with important stakeholders within Integrity Life & Annuities and with Integrity as a whole to ensure that important business objectives are met - Work collaboratively with compliance and regulatory teams to ensure robust internal processes over transactions, compliance and risk management Requirements: - Strong transactional background in commercial transactions, M&A or funds, with at least 4-6 years of experience at a law firm or in-house at a company with demonstrated experience - Strong...
