Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Taxes to lead the company’s global tax function across approximately 35 countries. This role will serve as the most senior tax leader in the organization and a key advisor to executive leadership on all tax-related matters. The Director of Taxes will be responsible for global tax compliance, transfer pricing strategy, international tax structuring, and tax risk management. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in multinational tax environments, strong leadership capability, and the ability to align tax strategy with broader business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Global Tax Leadership: - Oversee all tax related matters with the assistance of the U.S. based Tax Manager, international controllers, and third-party tax advisors (domestic and international) - Develop and execute the company’s global tax strategy aligned with business growth and operational footprint - Serve as primary tax advisor to the CFO, executive team, and owner.
