Gundersen Health System is seeking exceptional RN’s to join our dedicated and passionate Labor and Delivery team in the beautiful coulee region of La Crosse, Wisconsin. As the only high-risk peripartum unit in the region, Labor & Delivery provides cutting-edge evidence-based care to pregnant, laboring, and post-partum patients in a collaborative, lively, dynamic environment. Through strong professional relationships and top-notch teamwork, the Labor & Delivery team works hard to provide individualized care for pregnant persons and their chosen support/families as they navigate the most medically acute portions of their pregnancy and birth journeys. The unit utilizes 7 labor rooms, 4 triage rooms, and 2 ORs to care for over 1,800 delivers per year, and twice as many triage/antepartum patients.
