Job description

We are looking for a recent graduate to join IMC as a Graduate Broker Trader. IMC is a high frequency trading firm with a strong trading presence in the broker market. As a Graduate Broker Trader, you’ll respond to quotes in the broker market both over the phone and through squawks with the trading pits. Additionally, you will actively build and enhance the quality of our electronic trading strategies, requiring superior analytical, mathematical, and computing skills. We’re seeking someone who loves participating in markets and building tools to succeed in them. Your Core Responsibilities: - Work in a team of broker and screen traders to optimize trading - Make markets throughout the day on a variety of mediums - Build and maintain relationships with brokers - Perform trades analysis to improve trading - Develop, maintain, and enhance trading models, algorithms, systems, and positional risk - Research new market opportunities Your Skills and Experience: You may submit one application per role each year.
