Evenings: Sunday and Monday 3pm-11pm: Job Summary: The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of the office, daily staffing and completion of weekly payroll/ time and attendance. Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED. Licensure, Registration and/or Certification: None. Work Experience: 1 - 2 years related experience. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Ability to utilize PC skills, including Microsoft Office, for correspondence and data entry. Effective written, oral and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to organize and prioritize work in required time frame and desired outcomes. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Coordinates assigned areas to ensure smooth daily office support operations inclusive of staffing office schedules. Assists staffing coordinators promoting continuing improvement. Acts as resource to users for ANSOS-Onestaff. Assists with training of CMs/Section Assistants, etc. Updates matrices as needed.
