All assigned areas of the hospital are cleaned, maintained, and serviced using assorted cleaning supplies, agents, and equipment. Hospital project work is completed using heavy cleaning equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Job Description: ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBLITIES including but not limited to: 1. Follows work schedule or assigned schedule and performs all daily and weekly job tasks to meet department standards of cleanliness. a. Understands and follows department standards at all times. b. Follows specific project instructions and responds to work assignments from the manager or lead person all of the time. c. Manages work time in an efficient manner and completes project work by the end of the shift. d. Operates various types of heavy equipment to meet job demands. 2. Performs all job duties in the competency model for the heavy environmental services aide as needed or scheduled. 3. Participates on various work teams to complete hospital project work as assigned.
