The ideal candidate is an expert in leveraging AI tools, data analytics, and emerging technologies to source and build robust candidate pipelines across diverse skill sets. This role requires strong project management skills, proficiency in social media sourcing, and a proven track record of using AI-driven recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
