Grease Processor

Job description

Job Summary The Grease Processor is responsible for any aspect of processing our raw material into a finished product, this will include evaluation of any process problems as well as finished product loadout. Essential Duties/Responsibilities: Nothing in this job description restricts management's right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time. - Oversees grease processing from raw material trucks and trailers to finished goods storage. - Maintains inventory to insure efficient use of process tanks. - Maintains grease storage containers including cleaning and painting. - Monitor cooking temperatures to ensure control points are reached. - Control flow of material from process tanks and finished goods storage to load out. - Perform periodic preventative maintenance on all equipment in process. - Monitor machinery; bring all problems to attention of manager. - Assures equipment and work area is clean after each shift. - Maintains safety as top priority in accordance with all company safety rules and regulations.
