Job description

Position Summary To perform assembly, refurbishment, subassembly and test functions of electrical and mechanical components and final product to meet quality standards and the production schedule. Provide mentor training to others as needed. Primary Duties: - Perform medium complexity manufacturing tasks, ensuring compliance with quality standards - Supports logistics for production and repair, ensuring timely delivery of materials and efficient operations. - Contribute in inventory levels to optimize stock replenishment and minimize disruptions in production. - Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency. - Monitor production processes, maintaining quality control and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. - Operate equipment repair and conditioning for low-complexity product lines - Prepare logistics reports and analyze performance metrics, documenting production data and addressing any issues that arise. - Assists in set-up on all stations and benches as assigned.
