Job description

Midland Transport is seeking an experienced and results-driven Terminal Manager to lead its large pickup and delivery (P&D) transport terminal in Concord, Ontario. Reporting to the Director, Operations – Ontario, the Terminal Manager is accountable for delivering safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations while achieving financial and customer performance targets. The Terminal Manager drives operational excellence through strong employee engagement, clear communication, and the effective use of key business metrics related to cost control, safety, service quality, and asset utilization.
