Job Description: As Regional Manager , you will hold full operational accountability for the performance, delivery and profitability of employment services contracts across your allocated region. Leading a team of Service Managers across multiple sites, you will drive performance against contractual, financial and quality measures, while strengthening relationships with employers, Services Australia and key community stakeholders.
