Job Description Summary Job Summary The Staff Engineer, Mechanical provides senior level technical leadership for the design, development, implementation, and commercialization of mechanical and automated manufacturing systems supporting BD medical device products. This role leads complex mechanical engineering initiatives focused on equipment design, process capability, quality improvement, capacity expansion, and cost reduction, while ensuring full compliance with FDA, cGMP, ISO, and BD quality system requirements.
