Transfer Center Manager Summary: The Transfer Center Manager is the primary supervisor for a team of Route Delivery individuals. The Transfer Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations. These include, hiring a delivery driver team, leading our new driver group, leading our safety initiative, creating and leading a customer service culture, supporting our sales department and controlling operating expenses. Starting Salary: $60k- $70k: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Leadership Create, communicate and lead by example with a positive attitude. Models and holds team accountable for the actions and behaviors that lead to continuous improvement and excellence in all of the areas identified below.
