Field Services Engineer - South West & Midlands

As a member of the Field Service Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and customer service to all customers as well as attending customers sites to perform proactive maintenance, repairs and commissioning of our products. Your main duties will include: - Servicing, calibrating and repairing electronic gas detection equipment to the relevant standards. - Ensure all serviced products are tested and left fully operational and – demonstrated to the site responsible person (recorded as such on-service paperwork). - Support other team members on jobs that require multiple engineers. - Provide customer ‘user training’ when required – once experienced. - Work closely with the Service Admin team making sure jobs are scheduled efficiently and meeting customers’ requirements. - Ensure service reports are completed accurately and submit them for processing on time. - Complete RAM’s and POWRA’s when required (training given). - Responsible for van stock holding and calibration gas holding, ensuring that it is appropriate for the customer base in your region, and that ‘life critical’ components are c...
