Job Description: As an AI Operations Analyst , you are the link between our AI strategy and the daily tasks of our departments (Sales, Negotiations, HR, etc.). You will be a dedicated partner, helping these teams overcome technical hurdles and ensuring that AI tools actually make their jobs easier, not harder. Our job is to take the heavy lifting off the plates of department managers. We learn their workflows inside and out so that when an AI problem arises, we have the context needed to fix it.
