Job Description: Revenue Process Design & Optimization: - Own the end-to-end mapping, documentation, and continuous improvement of core revenue processes including lead-to-opportunity, opportunity-to-close, and quote-to-cash workflows. - Identify process breakdowns, exception patterns, and compliance gaps through data analysis and stakeholder interviews; design targeted remediation plans. - Develop and maintain standardized process frameworks, playbooks, and operating procedures that scale across Sales, BDR, Customer Success, and Renewals teams. - Lead structured process reviews on a recurring...
