The Digital Worker Designer is responsible for designing and implementing governed, enterprise‑ready AI digital worker identities that perform work traditionally done by human roles. This role translates business and operational needs into clearly defined digital worker responsibilities, behaviors, and guardrails, and brings those designs into production on enterprise AI platforms. Operating with broad autonomy, the Digital Worker Designer partners with business, functional, and technical stakeholders to define what digital workers do, how they make decisions, what information they can access, and when work must escalate to humans.
