Purpose: The Mishkon IDD Programs at The Jewish Board provide supports and services in a healthy and safe environment for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities living in residential programs and in community settings. POSITION OVERVIEW: The Residence Manager is responsible for the effective operation of their assigned Individualized Residential Alternatives (IRA) home(s) or Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) unit(s) serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Reporting to the Director of Residential Services, the Residence Manager oversees the day-to- day operations and direct care provided to individuals for their assigned homes/units in line with the applicable DOH, OPWDD, CARF and Jewish Board regulations and standards of care.
