The Facilities Supervisor II is responsible for supervising day-to-day facility operations, including maintenance, building systems, security processes, and facility improvement projects. This role leads a team, manages vendors, and partners cross-functionally to ensure business continuity and compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards. Job Requirements: Facility Operations & Maintenance: - Supervise the operation, maintenance, and repair of facility systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and infrastructure) to ensure reliable performance. - Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend asset life. - Ensure compliance with EH&S standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
