Job description

Scope: Single Cost Center and or location/region Oversees leaders and team members at a single location and/or region Budget Responsibility: Assists Senior Manager with budget adherence, monitoring and preparation. Has financial accountability for day-to-day operations as set in budget. Coordinates procurement of supplies and equipment and maintains appropriate inventory management and budgetary controls. Complies with AMG financial policies and procedures related to cash collections and reconciliation and ensures necessary cash controls are monitored and adhered to. Authority/Decision Making Level: Assures adherence to organizational guidelines, policies and procedures. Develops office protocols for day-to-day operations. Prioritizes and organizes work to meet changing priorities. Ability to prioritize and multi-task with a minimum of supervision. Seeks guidance as appropriate. Makes decisions that are timely and consistent with department, objectives, policies and procedures. Communicates decisions to appropriate leadership.
