Job description

Position Summary: The Manager, Project Management manages, executes, and supports the Apartment Communities Division’s initiatives, with a primary focus on successful project deliverable management and organization. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the development and execution of workstreams for assigned projects, including impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and readiness assessments. - Lead the creation of project plans and deliverables through consultation and collaboration with cross-functional partners. Own project timelines and manage Smartsheet administration. - Identify opportunities and make recommendations for process improvement, and regularly update the team playbook. - Track the progress of change management activities and present status updates on project milestones to leadership for ongoing analysis and improvement. - Regularly seek out opportunities to learn about the business and identify ways to better support our partners and improve business results.
