Job description

Essential Job Functions: - Collaborate with the Engineering team, CI team members, Production team members and Production leadership on various projects - Coordinate efforts to plan, design, develop and validate manufacturing processes and improvements to existing process using engineering methods - Support Production and maintenance operations - Improve Processes and Eliminate Waste in Key Constraint Areas - Improve Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Delivery in assigned area - Determine potential savings and calculate ROI for projects - Assist with designing processes that satisfy Federal, State, and Local safety laws - Communicate projects and progress to all levels of company - Potential to travel to other manufacturing sites - Maintain technical documentation for existing processes and design changes - Other duties as assigned by the manager Qualifications: - Major in Engineering or related field - Self-motivated - Strong organizational skills - Excellent communication (verbal and written) - Proficient with Microsoft Office applications - Able to analyze and evaluate data - Computer skills, including basic Excel skills a plus - Working knowledge of electromechanical systems -...
