Job DetailsJob Location: Tukwila Shop - Tukwila, WA 98178Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $24.00 - $24.00 HourlyJob Category: OtherThe Landscape Lead is responsible for providing and overseeing the crew laborer on their route and completing regularly scheduled landscape maintenance service within an established route daily to quality standards. They will work closely with Field supervisor to meet and exceed customer site expectations. Assist in training and educating Landscape crew laborers. Employees will be expected to perform all aspects of landscape maintenance and other services such as planting, leaf removal, hardscape, and winter services. An eye for detail is necessary. They must be reliable, responsible, and have a strong work ethic. Job Duties: Assure that route is completed according to quality standards and determined timelines. Assures preventative maintenance is occurring on Trucks, Tools, and equipment assigned to their team. Plant/Tree maintenance to include pruning, trimming, deadheading.
