Childcare Teacher (Full-Time)

Job description

We are looking for a caring and energetic member to j oin Child Serve as a Childcare Teacher starting in May . This individual will contribute to a positive, nurturing environment that is safe, clean and organized for children between the ages of 6 weeks and 6 years old . Childcare Teachers at Child Serve encourage children’s overall development through appropriate play-based activities and working collaboratively with families. Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday between the hours of 6:30 AM and 6 PM. How You’ll Make an Impact: - Provide routine care for infants and children, including diapering/personal cares, hygiene support, hand washing, and serving meals and snacks. - Maintain a safe environment through constant supervision, adherence to staff/child ratios, accurate name-to-face attendance, and consistent assessment of children’s general health with timely reporting of concerns. - Support a clean, organized, and structured environment—indoors and outdoors—by following Positive Behavior Intervention and Supports (PBIS) strategies. - Deliver exceptional customer service to families and complete all required documentation accurately and within established deadlines. - D...
