Job Description The Assistant Executive Chef is responsible for Wynn Resorts' culinary excellence and supporting the Executive Chef in advancing the Restaurant's distinguished reputation. This role demands accountability for maintaining Wynn's premier food quality standards and achieving financial objectives with precision. Primary responsibilities encompass curating culinary innovation, orchestrating resources with refined efficiency, and cultivating a brigade of culinary professionals committed to exceptional artistry and service. The Assistant Executive Chef ensures unwavering adherence to all government health regulations, industrial safety standards, corporate and departmental policies, and Culinary Bargaining Agreement.
