Job description

We are currently seeking a PeopleConnect Enhancements Architect & Technical Lead reporting directly to IDS ERP Rollout Project Manager to join our Digital for Operational Excellence team based in Nanterre, Paris, France. About the role: The Enhancements Architect & Technical Lead works with the PeopleConnect Support Technical Architect and developers to ensure that system enhancements are delivered on time, meet appropriate technical standards and are consistent with the planned evolution of the ERP system architecture. As Technical Architect he will provide design input to enhancements, particularly integration, ensuring that appropriate solution architecture is adopted and utilised. As Tech Lead he will have oversight of technical developers delivering change for the Enhancement delivery team, ensuring that work progresses according to established priorities, providing technical leadership / guidance for the developers. In addition, he is expected to ensure that effort estimates for technical development are realistic and that delivery meets these expectations.
