The Talent Acquisition Coordinator ensures the smooth, compliant and high-quality execution of recruitment processes across assigned vacancies. This role is critical in delivering a seamless candidate and stakeholder experience, operating with urgency, precision and ownership in line with Digital Realty’s values. The Coordinator partners closely with TA Business Partners, HR and hiring managers to ensure recruitment activity is well-organised, transparent and consistently executed to a high standard. In this role you will have a number of key responsibilities: Customer Focus What this means: Candidates and hiring managers experience a structured, reliable and positive hiring journey. - Act as a key point of contact for candidates, hiring managers and interviewer panels, ensuring a professional, responsive and inclusive experience at every stage - Coordinate interviews efficiently across regions and time zones (where applicable), removing friction for hiring managers - Provide clear timelines and consistent communication to all stakeholders - Anticipate needs and proactively address potential delays or scheduling conflicts Accountability: What this means: Nothing is left unmanaged....
