Job Summary: The Licensed Massage Therapist provides exceptional massage therapy services, creating a sense of rest and relaxation for spa guests. This role is part-time, with openings for mid-shift and closing hours, and contributes to high guest satisfaction, retention, and treatment/retail sales. Responsibilities: Deliver professional massage treatments following company protocols. Maintain revenue and guest retention goals for the massage department. Provide guests with post-treatment home care recommendations. Educate guests on spa services, retail products, packages, and promotions.
