Responsibilities: Team management in the outbound shipping area. Organizing team work and overseeing the implementation of ongoing operational tasks. Ensuring timely and high-quality order picking and packing processes. Supervising compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and occupational safety standards. Monitoring outbound processes, analyzing work results, and reporting to superiors. Resolving ongoing operational issues and supporting the team in their daily work.
