** This is a full-time position for one of our clients. This position is hybrid with expected on-site workdays in Minneapolis, MN. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. ** We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst (Encompass Administrator) with a strong background in assisting in the management of loan operation related applications and software, including product releases, software enhancements and new modules. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Banking and/or Mortgage industries. Responsibilities: Acts as a liaison between business line managers, infrastructure teams, software vendors, and end users to analyze, document, communicate, and validate business workflows. Partners with business unit leaders to maximize the use of loan operations technology and help resolve software or operational issues. Supports and maintains Encompass as a system administrator, including configuration, user access, workflows, and feature enhancements.
