Job description

Key Responsibilities Design and develop HVAC and plumbing systems for commercial, institutional, or industrial buildings, ensuring optimal functionality and compliance with building codes and standards. Utilize AutoCAD and Revit for creating and managing detailed building system layouts, schematics, and construction documents. Collaborate closely with architects, other engineers, and project teams to integrate mechanical systems seamlessly into building designs. Perform load calculations, energy modeling, and system performance analyses to optimize system efficiency and sustainability. Conduct site visits as needed to oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC and plumbing systems, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality standards. Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting issues and implementing corrective actions for building mechanical systems. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (preferred). Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, with hands-on experience in building systems design.
